Legal Entities and Independent Entrepreneurs

Monthly fee for account maintenance is 3 BAM.

A list of the necessary documents for opening a transaction account for non-resident clients:

1. Corporate - Request for opening an account.doc (bank form, confirmed with the company seal and signed by an authorised person).
2. Statute;
3. The certificate of registration;
4. Documents confirming the assignment or the right of the representative to open and manage the account (protocols, power of attorney);
5. The Card of Signature.xls
6. Client's Questionnaire.doc  
7. List of authoris persons entitled for delivering payment ordes to the Bank

Document requirements:

To open an account, the originals with apostilles or notarised copies of the documents indicated in items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 should be delivered to the bank or to an authorised official.
